Student comments:

"I appreciated the effort that Zhengjie put into helping his discussion section learn the class material well. At times, it was a bit hard to understand him, but I always left the discussion feeling more prepared to solve similar problems like the one he did in class. It always felt like he cared for our well-being in the course and wanted to be helpful."

"Sometimes the explanations that were given during discussion sections were hard to follow, but for the most part I feel that I understood the material."

"Great, all around"

"My TA was good, however, I feel as though he took too much time to explain some concepts. I understand that there is a discussion period to ask questions, but most of the questions seemed redundant. In addition, sometimes we would work one problem, but it would take more than half of the discussion time, leaving me stressed for the quiz. Good TA, but I think the pace of discussion can run a lot quicker and smoother. In addition, I think there should not be a zoom portion of discussion. I feel as though people took advantage of the online portion and used it as a time to use their notes from class. I can only guess this from the fact that the students take their quiz online, and with their zoom cameras off"
